We provide logistics services including Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Transportation, and 3PL/4PL solutions for domestic and international shipments.

2. User Responsibilities

3. Pricing & Payments

All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, fuel charges, duties, and taxes. Payments must be made as per agreed terms.

4. Shipment Liability

While we ensure safe handling, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or third-party carriers.

5. Delays

Transit times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen events.

6. Prohibited Goods

Clients must not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items as per government regulations.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled without applicable charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value declared for the shipment or as per applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

No Refund Policy

At Crystalaqua Shipping Solution Pvt. Ltd., we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all services provided.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for logistics, freight forwarding, custom clearance, transportation, and related services are non-refundable under any circumstances once the service is booked or initiated.

2. Service Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality and reliable logistics services. However, due to the nature of the industry, refunds cannot be issued for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by:

  • Customs clearance issues
  • Government regulations
  • Weather conditions
  • Port or transport delays
  • Third-party service providers
3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, documentation, and compliance with all applicable laws. Errors from the client side will not qualify for any refund.

4. Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible. If accepted, charges will still apply and no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of the company management and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
